Founded in 1886, The Wharf (Holdings) Limited ("Wharf", Stock Code: 4.HK) is currently the 7th company with the longest history. Wharf is also one of the 30 constituent stocks in the original Hang Seng Index from the 1960s and upholds a long standing mission of "Building for Tomorrow".

The Group’s businesses currently comprise Investment Properties, Hotels and Development Properties in Hong Kong and China. Other businesses include Logistics Infrastructure through Modern Terminals and Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals.

The Wharf Group is honoured with the Second Top Donor by The Community Chest in 2024/2025. The Group is a long-time supporter of the Chest’s Corporate and Employee Contribution Programme and Dress Casual Day among others.
