Administration Assistant / Clerk
Responsibilities :
-
- Assist in general office administration routines including checking office expenses and payments; handling business travel applications and claims; updating database; preparing reports and filing
- Relieve receptionists in greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking messages and handling meeting room bookings
Requirements:
-
- Diploma or Secondary school graduate or above with a pass in English Language in HKCEE/HKDSE with commercial training preferred
- At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in sizable companies
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Pleasant and polite, self-motivated, organized and detailed-oriented
- Have good common sense, good interpersonal and communication skills with good telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
Lower qualification / less experience will be considered as Administration Clerk.
We work 5 days per week.
