LEASING OFFICER (RETAIL)
Responsibilities:
- Handle the leasing matters for prestigious retail properties in PRC
- Liaison with international brands, local estate agents
- Formulate leasing strategy
- Conduct marketing research
- Basically stationed in HK but travel to various PRC cities is necessary
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Real Estates or related disciplines
- At least 3 years’ solid experience in handling property leasing, legal documents as well as dealing with reputable brands and property management people independently
- Experience in retail / property management projects in PRC an advantage
- Experience in marketing / business development will also be considered
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent Putonghua and English
